A training session titled " Navigating Tax Compliance: A Guide for Cooperatives" was conducted on February 6, 2025, at the Conference Room of Provincial Planning & Development Office, to ensure that affiliate cooperatives stay informed and knowledgeable about tax regulations and updates. The session covered essential topics such as Expanded Withholding Tax, Comprehensive VAT & Withholding Tax on Compensation and Other Income.
A dedicated Q & A segment was also held to address participant's specific concerns and provided them with the necessary clarifications. Officers from Revenue District Office, Branch 58, including Mitzi Lisette O. Belen, Group Supervisor, with Revenue Officers Jezel D. San Juan, Arah Angela V. Mauhay & Karlo B. Endozo, served as resource persons, sharing their expertise and providing valuable insights on tax regulations affecting cooperatives.
